Job Description



As a Customer Service Representative the primary purpose is to improve customer satisfaction and communication with the customer. The position serves as the primary customer contact for all service work performed in the earthmoving shops. Primary duties include but are not limited to the following:


* Answer all customer service calls for the Milwaukee service shop interviewing the customer to determine the services required and schedule the work for the customer, quote work and coordinate quotes from shop supervisors for the customer including follow up with customer for additional work during the repair and after the work is complete to determine and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prioritize all shop work and open work orders then hand off to the appropriate shop supervisors to manage the work through the work order process.
* Conduct daily discussions with all supervisors to determine work order completion and discuss all updates/changes to the customer on a daily or as needed basis.
* Manage a visual scheduling board to track service work in process and close work orders.

Qualifications include:


* High School diploma or GED is required.
* Strong customer service skills and knowledge of the service process.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Must be detail oriented, organized, professional, motivated and hold excellent time management skills
