Job Description


Provide excellent customer service by investigating and resolving computer software and hardware problems of users, documenting issues, and escalating problems to the appropriate personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* End User Support
* First level support for end users
* First level desktop hardware and software support
* Business system support
* Documenting user issues and contact in the Helpdesk application
* Maintaining process and resolution documentation
* Assist with mobile device setup and deployment
* Cell Phones, tablets, etc.
* Troubleshooting software issues and fixes
* Testing problems with business system software
* Participate In testing software fixes
* Assist with end user hardware and software deployments
* Installing software and preparing PCs for end users
* Training end users on hardware or software
* User account maintenance within business system software


This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

* Proven working experience in providing help desk support
* Customer service oriented
* Must work well in a team or on your own
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Experience in a real-time critical production environment
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Windows
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications
