Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator provides first-in-class marketing platforms, programs and materials that support the sales teams and other departments through collaboration and by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, lead generating events and internal initiatives. With responsibilities ranging from determining and purchasing promotional items to planning and implementing a marketing campaign, the Marketing Coordinator brings strong attention to detail and organization to all projects. The Marketing Coordinator enables clear communication and fosters a dealership-wide culture of teamwork, serving as the point of contact between the marketing, sales and executive leadership teams. The Marketing Coordinator also manages relationships with suppliers, vendors, creative agencies and advertising and PR firms to ensure alignment with the dealership's brand and standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, skilled in facilitating collaboration across dealership departments and teams and with external parties. Exceptional project management and leadership skills are also critical, as the Marketing Coordinator directs planning and execution for multiple events and projects simultaneously.


* Determines first-in-class Marketing platforms, programs and materials that support the sales teams and other departments. Determines opportunities to add additional value to other Fabick Business Units.
* Use exceptional project management skills to develop and organize campaigns, events and programs, and assign and manage responsibilities to maximize performance and efficiency.
* Determines and develops Marketing platforms, programs and materials that meet established strategic goals. Collaborate with designers, writers and creative agencies with concept development, copywriting and editing for both digital and print communications.
* Drive marketing efforts from strategic development to execution and analysis. Ensure business units have the marketing materials and tools they need
* Immersed in all lines of business and products to determine what needs to be focused on to drive business results between marketing, advertising, sales, and executive leadership teams, serving as liason to align content production with sales funnel needs and boost growth strategies.
* Collaborate and determine the overall Marketing plan for various business segments
* Manages the tasks of others (internal and external) to ensure projects are completed per plan.
* Understand and maintain core positioning, messaging and segmentation for our products through advertising and promotional strategies and new product development. Write and edit industry-leading sales and marketing materials
* Bolster the dealership's marketing and advertising efforts by selecting and ordering promotional items that are on brand, complement marketing strategies and attract interest from customers and leads.
* Develop relationships with Caterpillar counterparts to align on communication strategies and marketing goals.
* Share customer insights during annual market segmentation planning and develop client data quality improvement to help the dealership achieve strategic goals for sales, coverage and lead generation.
* Champion the dealership brand and review marketing materials to ensure that it is used consistently across online platforms, merchandise and print communications.


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business study is required.


* At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing or creative functions is required
* At least 3 years of work experience in creating and inventing Marketing and design elements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to invent, create, and develop.
* Ability to set and manage priorities for individual responsibilities and tasks.
* Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Excellent skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, leadership and interpersonal relationship building.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees Ability to read, interpret and explain documents such as monthly reports,
* Ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence for internal and external audiences
* Strong data analysis and visualization skills perferred.
* Ability to relate to all levels of employees and be a team player who motivates and educates other team members perferred.
