Job Description

Job Summary: To manage and maintain the Power Rental service business by assisting the service team, Service/Branch Supervisors and other divisions within Fabick Cat.



Process work orders including opening, closing, and corrections and invoice, as needed, Cat Commercial Account transactions.

Process technician time entries into the computer system. Maintain technician time logs for Paid Time Off.

Maintain purchase order logs and work order files and ensure that all files and entries are processed in a timely manner.

Process invoices and outside job purchases to work orders. Reconcile department invoices and process for payment.

Ensure work order file completeness and integrity through correct work order entries and proper documentation.

Works with external customers to properly direct their inquiries and ensure confidentiality of customer files.

Work with outside vendors to coordinate purchases and invoicing.

Work with Sales and Parts departments and other branches to coordinate work orders and the transfer of parts or tooling. Coordinate with Warranty department to ensure correct documentation for claim filing.
* Receive incoming customer calls, back up branch receptionist as needed and process customer parts orders as required.

* All other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's Degree preferred.

3 - 5 years of experience working in the heavy equipment, truck, or power systems industry.

Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Suite

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to display strong attention to detail

Basic math skills

Professional phone and personal communication

Data entry experience
