Job Description

* Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to support hiring for all positions with a focus on the development and execution of Fabick's employment branding strategy that will attract top talent through various channels.
* Develop an integrated media strategy for our employer brand to support the development and execution of cost-effective Talent Acquisition media strategies to drive brand exposure, targeted media campaigns, talent community growth, and social media engagement
* Developing and implementing strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for positions from external and referral candidate pools. Build and drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, web-based advertising, mobile, etc. Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
* Comprehensive and effective utilization of the ATS for sourcing, screening and candidate management. Responsible for sourcing and candidate pipeline generation for our technical and non-technical hiring needs.
* Produce and maintain metrics, data, and analysis measuring the effectiveness of social media recruitment efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to leadership and key stakeholders.
* Post company job opportunities online and respond to candidate inquires. Monitor success of position postings based on the volume and quality of candidates; as needed revise current requisitions to include editing job descriptions, cancelling requisitions, etc. Be a creative innovator who can develop content that's emotive with broad yet diverse appeal across all functions/lines of business
* Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need which includes but is not limited to sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches and research and sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals. Update ATS with candidate information as collected.
* Identify new candidate channels and prioritize program needs based on business requirements and develop the business case for new initiatives.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar is required.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing (headhunting, digital strategy).
* Demonstrated and proven technical skills along with innovation in using new search techniques.
* Has experience in using social media and digital advertising to attract and engage future candidates.
* Has good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, one or more candidate relationship management (CRM) systems and experience in applicant tracking systems preferred (current technology is ADP Recruitment Management). Has experience working with networking sites, social media and database mining.
* Is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Great attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
